Thoughtful psychiatric care for adults.
I provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for adults age 18 and older, including medication management. My attention goes not only to symptoms and diagnosis but to the broader psychological and life context in which they occur.

My Approach
Psychiatric treatment seen in full context.
My approach is collaborative and psychosocially informed. I take time to understand what you are experiencing, how symptoms developed, what has and has not helped in the past, and how relationships, stressors, personal history, physical health, sleep, and daily life may be contributing. That context informs treatment decisions.
Medication can be an important part of psychiatric treatment, but it is never the only recommendation, and not always the first. Psychotherapy, lifestyle changes, stress management, and other non-medication strategies are often important components of the treatment plan.

Services
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
Completed across two appointments
An evaluation is an extended conversation about what you are experiencing and what may be contributing to it — your symptoms, your history, your previous treatment, and the circumstances of your life. It ends with a clearer picture of the situation and a treatment plan we arrive at together.
Follow-Up Appointments
30- and 45-minute appointments
Ongoing appointments cover more than the prescription. We reassess symptoms, and we talk about the things that shape how you feel — sleep and daily habits, stress and how you manage it, work, relationships, and whatever has changed since we last met. Medication is one tool among several, and the plan is adjusted as your life and symptoms change.
Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation call for prospective patients who would like to briefly discuss their needs and determine whether my practice may be a good fit.
Insurance
My practice is out-of-network. If your policy includes out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement.
